Selection Criteria
  • Suitability
    Tenderers must be Scottish Government Authorised Single Building Assessment (SBA) Providers. As part of the Cladding Remediation Programme Single Open Call the Scottish Government has established the following list of authorised SBA organisations that can provide quotes and conduct a grant funded SBA. As part of the evaluation process, Renfrewshire Council will be evaluating as part of the Qualification Section whether tenderers are Single Building Assessment Approved.
